The General Idea
Your bike needs work but you don’t know how to fix it, don’t feel like learning how to fix it, and don’t want to pay to fix it. I will fix it for you, if you’re worthy.
Every two weeks or so, I will initialize a contest on the main page. You, the contestant, will explain in less than 50 words why I should make repairs to your bike free of charge. I will read all of the submissions and choose the person whom I feel deserves it the most. To clarify, the work is the free part. I won’t pay for parts. You, the bike and myself will meet to figure out the cheapest way to get your bike ship-shape.
The Rules
- One submission per person, please. If your bike has been whispered, you’re done.
- The time and work is on me. You pay for parts. I will consult you before any purchases are made.
- You have to provide the blog with an update of how much you love your bike post me.
